Can someone tell me where I can find this part for my 1982 evinrude 9.9 (E10RLCNS). It's the hard plastic "plug" that holds the throttle cable as it enters the engine. (See picture) I found the throttle cables on the internet but they don't list this part in the cable kit. Also, its not listed in the parts when you go to a parts suppliers site and click on the different areas of the outboard to show a diagram and parts list. The cables go to an old Evinrude Simplex double lever control. Has anyone ever found or seen this part on a part suppliers site???
