Help ID year & hp of old johnson

I just rcvd a older jonny and the transom model ID plate is missing I see where it was riveted, the silver power head plug is 1407813 it has the dual fuel lines (no fuel pump). the hood has been re-painted white so I don't think a photo would help. I would like to know HP & Year if possible.

It is a '56

If you post pics I can tell you the hp. I cant tell that from the serial number.
