Help identifying a trailer

Hi,
I inheritied my boat from my Grandpa, and I can't get the trailer registered here in Alberta even though it was registered in BC before. From the pics, any ideas what kind of trailer this is? The plywood on the trailer beneath the boat has been asdded by my grandpa so he could walk out and get the boat without getting wet. Thanks in advance for any guesses, or I.D.'s

im in ont. when i registered my first trailer at the ministry we didnt know the make so the clerk said we can register it as home made.
it maybe an option for you .
