Help identifying engine

I'm trying to find the year and model number for my engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's a 225 Johnson and the picture has the Welch plug numbers. I'm not having any luck with Google.

Post 6 pictures of the motor including the cowling if unmolested.

Looks like an abandoned project.-----No lower unit with it ??

I have the lower unit. It is a project for sure. I have just recently got it running. Now I'm working on the cooling system. Missouri doesn't like that the bill of sale I got doesn't have the year and model as we have to title them. So I'm trying to find that out.

I made a mistake on reading the welch plate numbers they read G2341582
