Help identifying Mercruiser outdrive

Hello, im from Argentina, im looking for the repair kits for a mercruiser sterndrive from an old motorboat I´ve just bought and started restoring.

I´m having troubles to identify the model to buy the correct items. I think it is Alpha one gen I but no sure and dont want to order incorrects items.

Ayuh,...... Welcome Aboard,...... That sure looks like an Alpha 1 to me,......

A tad rough, but ya, an Alpha 1,.....

The transom assembly is a very early MC-1, the drive could be R, MR or Alpha One. The only way to tell between R and MR/Alpha One is to split the drive and look at the top of the drive shaft. If it has a spring-loaded pin, then it's an R. If no pin, then MR/Alpha One.

(MR and Alpha One are the same. Just different years)
