Help identifying thus Mercury 5hp

I’m having trouble with the carb on the Mercury Outboard. I think the carb in it is an Amazon replacement.. not sure. Regardless I can’t decide the s/n not cancan I find a listing for “ME5 S”. See pic of. badge.

Want to ensure I order the right parts.
