Help!!! Marine ply

Looking to hide the ribs in my stacer with marine ply the question is how do I fix the ply to the alloy ribs was thinking sikaflex but unsure on if that's the best way any help will be great

that sikaflex stuff is a sealant for windows and walls panels on buses and RV's. I'd say use PL

PL Premium adhesive from Home Depot (PL for short). Comes in calking tubes. Some of us it for everything.

Will the rivets hold will they Mate .... That was the 1st idea but I thought they might pull though the ply and is it ok to drill a fue holes in the ribs is it ??

Shoot yeah!... but you can't use the little ol' wimpy ones, ya gotta use the big ol' gnarly ones like these.

I'd say a minimum of 3/16" diameter Large Flange (head) or a 1/4" dia. dome head, be sure to get the proper grip range for the thickness of your plywood or they won't hold worth a dang.

I'll be using these rivets to fasten the decking down in my boat in a few days.

You'll probably need a heavy duty rivet tool like the one in this vid for the 1/4" dia.

I thought they would just weld it with a bit of alloy but I'm thinking I'm might use a good selant and put 2 rivets on each section
