Can you help me locate the older style, Shoreland'r trailer decals (see pic). I have tried everything. This doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to locate.... am I missing something ?

I am trying to locate the older style, black/white/grey shoreland'r decals for a 2 x 4 trailer. ( Attached is a picture of what I need) View attachment 135692View attachment 135693

These are the decal style that I see on most trailers that are shoreland'r, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. I have talked with Shoreland'r directly and they were nice enough to send me some of the newer/smaller black and chrome decals. I have talked with a few distributors, but haven't been able to find any one that has them.

I only need one for the starboard side of the trailer.

Does anyone have any ideas ?
know of anyone that has the style I am looking for ?
anyone willing to trade for the new decals I have on hand ?
Any thoughts on a dealer that I can check with ?

According to an online Shoreland'r parts manual, I believe the OEM decal part number I am looking for is 4810581....though I can't find it anywhere.

Here is the decal I have on hand. View attachment 135699

Yes, I think so.

They most likely used up their supply of decals when they made the trailers.

They likely did not stash hundreds of them around the country.

I doubt any dealers wanted to stock a decal that they had no market for.

sorry.

It might be pricey, but a vinyl sign place could scan it and reproduce one for you.

You can have some custom made so close that only you will know the difference.
This site is highly recommended.
Their quality is excellent. Usually shipped the next day! Very reasonably priced.

I would look to get them custom made like willie said... or just rock the new ones you already have. Might update it a little and look like a new trailer.

Try: www.vinylapprocah.com They do some trailer stuff and the seem to be adding new stuff regularly. May be worth a shot.

Thanks Skiking, Willlie, Stingray and sublauxation....great ideas. I may see now much it is to scan and reproduce the image...

I would use the new decals, but I already tried to get the one old decal off and I think I would have to do repainting....it's on there pretty darn good, etc....but it is a thought.

In any case, I appreciate the feedback and this gives me something to work with !
