If the engine has electric start you'll have to get a battery. The engine has to come with a gas tank and has to be at list 6 gal. to have more running time. Also you have to consider that a 4.3 m or 14' boat is heavy and if you have to inflate and deflate the boat every time you'll need help or get a trailer and keep the boat and motor on the trailer. If the engine is 2 stroke will be easier to handle.
Now depending where you'll do your boating you might need a handheld GPS and a marine VHF radio.consider getting a big marine cooler to store all your safety stuff and use it as a seat.
I have a 12' Saturn and I've got 4 extra D-rings installed inside the boat to anchor the gas tank and the cooler and any other stuff especially when the ocean is choppy.

Good luck

This is a mandatory security equipment at Spain (Europe) for sea, Zone: 5 nautic miles from shelter (beach, port), >13HP, >4 meters:

- Signaling mirror
- fog horn
- 3 flares
- waterproof torchlight
- hand held waterproof VHF (otherwise, you can't get further than 2 miles from shelter). No MMSI needed for inflatables.
- SOLAS approved 100Newtons lifejackets (as much as people the boat is homologed for, in your case, maybe 7!)
- fire extinguisher (I think it's 21B in your case. May someone tell me what to do if I get a fire in a small inflatable?)
- bilge pump
- Pontoon reparation kit + air pump (for inflatables)
- Paddles
- first aid kit (contents depend on zone).
- night sailing lights (red-green + 360? white, if more than 7 knots)
- Anchor + line
- 2 mooring lines
- mooring hook stick (I do not know the name in English, in Spanish it's "bichero").
- Spain flag (!!!!????)

I also take a folding ladder, beaching roller and small set of tools.
I think it's also interesting:
- Sun protection cream
- Mineral water
- Jellyfish cream

You will find some of the things in this list are stupid. But some will not.
I'm working in a net to keep everything suspended at my bow, with a spray bow cover on top.
