help me please new to outboards

just purchased a 1995 doral with a force 90hp by mercury had a rebuilt powerhead in 05 and only used 2 weeks a year since. i want to know what i need to do to keep it running. compression is 127 130 130 ordered new water pump kit, fuel pump, and thermostat. plan on changing lowerunit oil using mercury power tune and fresh plugs. Is this everything??? Any help would be great thanks...
