I have a set of back to back lounge seats. The bases are brand new but the seats are much older. They are almost identical to the seats the new bases come with. Does anyone have a diagram on how the seats mount to a Lounge Seat Base? From what I have researched, it looks like the seats are secured by only ONE end, which allows the seats to "Scissor" or "Extend". Is this right? If so, any ideas on how to secure the seat that is attached to it. It seems really wobbly??

Thanks

tHE BASE IS PLASTIC, AND THE SEAT BACKS AND BOTTOMS ARE WOOD. tHE ONLY DIAGRAM I FOUND SHOWS TWO SUPPORTS FOR ONE SEAT, AND THE OTHER IS SECURED BY THE HARDWARE ONLY ON THE SEAT BOTTOM.

thats right, there should be some legs on the bottom of the rear seat to support it when its laid out, only the bottom of the front one gets screwed to the base, when its folded up the legs inside the base. keep the back seat from skiding out .

here a pic of one laid out
