Help!! Old Evinrude Lark X

Ok, I am new to the whole boating thing so please bear with me.

I just got a boat and all that info is below. But this is mainly for the motor as I do not believe they came as a set but I could be (most likely am) wrong. Here is all the info off of the motor I could see. I am looking to find as much info like year, parts list, parts places, specs, etc as I can. I did have it running for a short period of time and now having trouble getting spark. I have replaced every broken and corroded wire and connector I could find.

Model# 40873C
Serial# E02345 (zero or O, not sure)



I have a Unknown year, Sears Roebuck & Co ELGIN. The only reason I know this much info is because the date plate is still attached to the back. Here is the rest of the info on the plate and well...the rest of the boat.
Model# 63140
Serial# NT-34R0225 (zero or O, not sure)
Max 44HP
Max Load 950 LBS

I would like to know as much as I can about this boat and mainly where I maybe able to find the hardware for it. Any help, even at least the year would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. It seems to be very hard to find parts and a manual or at least a wiring diagram.

If you have a manual I would love a copy as well if you don't mind. I have a new to me Glassmate with the same motor and I am trying to find all the info I can. That's actually how I found my way to this forum. I was here so much looking for answers I figured I might as well register

Did you find parts for your Lark X? I have a running Lark X that i am trying to sell. It runs great but the lower unit will not go into gear. Are you interested in this motor?
