1986 Evinrude 150 Controls.

Control Box throttle will go full throttle but does it at the red lines position. My past evinrude at full throttle is where the green line is. How do i change this? If left in current state, throttle slides itself back. Thanks.

not sure there is anything you can do to change the range of motion of the control arm. there should be a knob under the key switch that will tighten the arm so it will stay where you put it.

As long as you're getting wot throttle on your mtr (timing full advance, throttle plates wide open) don't worry about it. OMC controls were different over the years. Look for a friction adjustment on your control box.
