First, I am a complete novice. I have aquired a very sorry looking 190 which I intend to restore over the next few years. I have already had a lot of help from the engine forum with identification but now find I need either pictures or drawings of the internal layout for this boat. Any help would be gratefully accepted. I have got some very simple line drawings from Searay but there is not enough detail. Attached are a couple of pictures of the boat when I picked it up, to give you an idea of what I am up against :) .<br />

Re: help re Searay 190

I have a 1991 searay 200 bow rider. It has the usual back to back reclining seats, motor cover( which I see in your pict.) and "jump" seats on either side of the motor cover. Make sure you check the floor and stringers under it for rot, as mine have been replaced. Get that carpet up and look at the floor. Look in the ski locker. Poke the sides of it with a screwdriver to see if it's soft (I could push a screwdriver through mine!) Otherwise the glass on these boats is very good and you can make the layout to suit yourself with some universal type seats if yours are too far gone. It would be cheaper.

Re: help re Searay 190

I have an '89 SeaRay 200 Bow Rider and it came with the delux seating package which was two captains chairs and a couch across the back with a 3 ft or larger sunpad which was in three sections for access to storage on either side of the motor or one access for the motor. He is right about the floors it is apparently a common problem with these modles. I saw a 91 yesterday with same rot around the ski locker.
