I have a 65 9.5 jonhson that has some loose exhaust manifold bolts I got the top four tight but can't get any tools to the lower ones. I can't remove the starter because I had to cut the spring shorter due to a break and the way I have it I can't take it off without risking having to buy $90 worth of starter parts. Any ideas on a tool or way to get them tight?
