My 1977 SeaRay 240 Weekender needs stringers replaced. I posted a Picture last month of the floor. Healthwise I can't do the work. So should I part it out?? I ran an add on CL, and the results were either scammers or laughable. Please help.

If you can't do the work yourself, it will be costly to have it done right. Looks like you took good care if it.

I vote for parting it out. Take that money and any you would spend on repairs and buy a boat in solid condition. Also, many accessories you might be able to bring over to the new boat, saving the cost of buying new accessories.

Keep in mind, parting it out will take a lot of work as well. I have a 27'er that I'm doing the same with and it has been a lot of work just getting parts off for people to buy.
