Help! steering adjustment 1986

I just got my Sunbird 195 running great, but it cost some. Well over 4'th weekend took kids tubing and now I've noticed th boat will not turn to the left. I checked it in water and pulling the wheel all the way to left, only puts outdrive slightly past center before it stops. Steering cable runs through a red covering and cable moves freely. The boat turns great to the right. Is there some sort of adjustment I can do myself. The boat is a 1986 with a 3.0l engine<br />Can Anyone Please Help Me<br />I need to turn left eventually and save a buck while doing it.<br />Thanks Dave

I was hopping someone knew something about older boats. I can't imagine the manual steering on an 85 sunbird is any different thaan most other boats that age<br /> PLEASE HELP<br />Dave
