Help, Stering Frozen....

My steering is Frozen on a 2001 125 Mercury outboard, I cant tilt it up because it is turned to the far right and hits the pooling platform. How can i manually turn the motor so I can tilt up the motor? I just need a quick fix to trailer the boat to the mechanic. Please help.

I assume the rod is frozen in the pivot shaft ????
If you're not sure , disconnect the steering cable at the motor...you'll find out quick if it's the pivot shaft or the cable.
If it's the cable, you'll be able to move the motor...otherwise...
PB Blaster and/or heat.
I have a custom made tool for the air hammer for these puppies.
A hammer and punch will work too once you get her budged.
Make sure you have the motor supported properly first.
