I need some technical help on the stuart turner p66 10hp two stroke. Does anyone have a manual or know where i might get one. Although i have a good working knowlege of most outboards this wee beast is a bit strange... The previous owner replaced the magneto and the carb but it just wont start. I suspect the timing may not have been set correctly. Any help would be most welcome. the ser no is 23B148.
