I have a 1973 evinrude 25 hp motor, I plan to change the water pump this weekend but I want to install a water temperature guage or a temp horn or something that will tell me if my motor starts to run hot. first of all what can I do and secondly how to do it? I finally got the beast running after hours of points and condensor trouble. I need the water temp guage or sensor so my dad can use the boat worry free. any help would be great.
