help! think my wires are crossed

I think my spark plug wires could be crossed is there any were i can find a diagram of the proper wiring. It is a 1989 johnson 120hp vro 4 cylinder<br />thanks

You can find the correct wire locations in your Repair Manual, Tashmoo.<br /><br />If you don't have one, it will be the best investment you ever made in boat stuff.<br /><br />Good luck.

Agree that a manual is best investment you will ever make. For now though, on these motors the coil is located closest to the cylinder it fires. Upper port coil to upper port cylinder, lower port coil to lower port cylinder and so on.
