help with 86 suzuki dt150 super six

i have an 86 suzuki super six let me start off by saying the boat will run while in my front yard hooked to the hose but when i put it in the water and try to run it it boggs down and stalls out and is hard to start the carbs have been cleaned and after it stalls it it wont start half the time but if u spray carb cleaner in it the motor fires back up that is the first problem


the second problem im having is i broke the shifter yoke in the lower unit i ordered a new yoke and put it back in (wouldnt go into revers or forward before) now that i replaced the yoke it will go into forward but wont go into reverse half the time it went into reverse just fine when unloading off the trailer but after that i lost reverse again


any suggestions would be appreciated

and have noticed when it is runnin it seems like its running really rich and using more oil than it should how can i disconnect the oil injection so i can mix the fuel myself
