OK I have a four winns 211 liberator that I bought as my first boat. After getting it home and crawling underneath(i know I sould have done this before) I noticed that the keel had no paint left for a small section. like 1 ft long X 2 inches wide. What is the best method to cover this section? The glass is showing, but is hard as a rock as the boat has always been trailered. Thanks in advance.
