help with boat id #

Looking at an aluminum boat and there is no plate on it at all. There is an id # on the back 1LE6 132 59b where could I find out what make this boat is?
Its a 16 foot cuddy aluminum.

Conversley what might be a fair price to offer? ( I swore I would never ask that question) It is basically just a hull, needs everything.

Kinda maybe sorta looks like a Duracraft if they ever made cuddies. $100-$500 perhaps.

Almost looks to me to be a Lifetimer...

note the chine line and mid ship side strake... a lot of aluminum boats look the same..pretty generic...

With no trailer and motor I wouldn't go over $200 if the hull and all the glass is sound. That said it is a cool boat that would be a great project. You can take a look at the Crestliner on my sig. I paid $250 with a running motor and still put another 1K in it to get it on the water.
