Help with fuel separator bracket

2 "stud bolts" kinda bolt you install but has a threaded top section. dont know the correct name but they go into the front motor mount first then that bracket goes over the stud portion and the bracket bots to themwith 2 nuts

Thanks I have that part it’s the tab off the back that has has me 🤔

Found this picture from when I pulled the engine. Looks like that bracket was never bolted to anything, maybe for a different application?

sometimes the 50A circuit breaker and slave solenoid are mounted there
