Help with fuel separator bracket

I tore down my 5.0 MPI for some rust clean up and painting. I have a bracket that seems to not connect to anything and I guess I didn’t get a good pic on tear down... I drew in a filter for reference

2 "stud bolts" kinda bolt you install but has a threaded top section. dont know the correct name but they go into the front motor mount first then that bracket goes over the stud portion and the bracket bots to themwith 2 nuts

Found this picture from when I pulled the engine. Looks like that bracket was never bolted to anything, maybe for a different application?

sometimes the 50A circuit breaker and slave solenoid are mounted there
