Help with mariner 40hp year and fuel pump!!

I looked all over, this site Google idk what year my motor is. On the tilt plate is where i get the Numbers but it looks to be a different color so it might be a different plate. But the mechanic said its the same one with that motor and i do believe he knows what hes talking about.
He also said its a 1994 and its 2 carb, 2 cylinder, electric start.
Model- 40ELTO
Code- 6E9 L faded between 9 and L
Serial- 50131-4

It is not a '94 model.

It was built by Yamaha, in Japan, in 1986.

Electric start, 20" leg, oil injected, trim/tilt.

ok so what fuel pump kit do i need none of them look like whats in my pump?

I need 23, 20, 27, 28 but that adds up to over $40 is their a cheeped kit?
