Help with OMC 3.0

I just bought a 1985 Bayliner Capri with OMC 4cyl 3.0<br /><br />I need to change out all seals as it has been stored for 5-6 years. I have water in the upper and lower gears.<br /><br />Any advise? <br /><br />The repair shop said to change the gaskets= $250 parts, $700 labor
