1) Performance issue you are trying to correct.
Looking to better weight/ towing charistics to gain acceleration, time to plane, less speed loss in turns while towing, lower planing speed and better speed holding at wakeboard speeds.

Up to 8-10 MPH top end speed loss is ok! Trim tabs are not a current option.

2) Current prop manufacturer, model, aluminum or stainless as a minimum.
Stock Propeller, Aluminium 3 Blade

3) Current prop diameter and pitch (required).
14.2 x 23"

4) Wide open throttle RPM and speed with an average load (very helpful)
Testing was done with aproximetly 700lbs of gear and passengers. This is minimum and can vary upto 1400 Lbs +

MAX RPMS untill planing 3000

Time to Plane
7.4, 7.8, 8.3, 7.8, 7.9, 7.6

WOT RPMS/ TOP SPEED Reached during that Run
4300 46.5
4300 47.4
4300 47
4300 46
43/44 48.3
4600 46.5 (Ventlating this run)

Small chop 6" to 3'

5) Engine/drive make, model, year, and HP
It has a 4.3 GLE Volvo Penta 190 Hp, SX M Transom and SX M1 1.79 outdrive 4200-4600 RPM Max Manufacture Recomended

6) Boat make model, year, length and weight
2006 Larson Senza 186 18'6" 4000lbs on ezloader trailer Unknown by itself

Currently Looking for a 4 or 5 Blade. Would like to maintian some slow maunevering charistics ie. Reverse.
A new boat is not an option.
Slight Possible over reving vs control via RPM cruise to gain better towing charistics (Low end) would be prefered.
Aluminum over SS would be prefered due to shallow lakes.

Thanks

Ayuh,.... Drop 2" of pitch, 'n leave some bodies on shore for Better towin' performance...
