Help with some modifications?

So I've got a few projects to tackle this season. I've purchased a new Raymarine unit and had to butcher pretty much the whole console dash area to get everything laid out properly because the old huge compass was right in the center of it and was molded with fiberglass around it which kinda made things hard to layout properly. You can see the before and the after. It was much more work than you think, and that's an aluminum plate that I put in.

So now that that's out of the way, I want to tackle the bow storage area, and the console foot area.

I have a cushion that covers the bow storage and I'd like to get rid of it for good as its not ideal as a fishing platform with the foam, and also the pad has flown off several times while at speed (~50mph). I'd like to get a proper hatch/lid/access door there instead, just something that can keep the water out, and that I can also stand on. I didn't think it will be so hard to find a bow shaped (v shaped rather) access hatch?!?! Even eBay is almost useless for such a thing... If you have any ideas please shout out! I know they are out there I just can't find them! If it requires cutting I to fit I don't mind as long as its not excessive.

Finally, I want to find a footwell/footrest area to replace my console doors with. Something that will be recessed into the console a few inches. Something like this:

So far only these guys have them, but one of them the size is too small, and the other its too big.

First off, you did a great job on the console. That looks factory!

For a bow storage hatch, you could have one cut out of the proper thickness King Starboard material. Then just attach it with some stainless hinges. It'll be pretty much impossible to find one precut in the right dimensions, if it wasn't a factory option. You can check greatlakesskipper.com though, as they have stuff like this. Ditto for the foot rest recess.

Thanks ya it did turn out to be pretty slick looking.

I thought of that idea also for the bow hatch but I don't want to put a lid around it as there will be a bit of a difference in the floor height when your stepping on it with the floor around it. Also it wouldn't be water tight. I'd rather find a hatch that can work, and worst case scenario I will cut it to fit as long as its a little larger. I never thought about contacting the manufacturer to see if there was an optional hatch instead of the cushion, maybe I should shoot them an email or quick phone call and ask...

I checked greatlakesskipper hes got some decent stuff but nothing really that would work.
