I have a 1979 charger boat, with 305 228 hp, my problem is the trim goes up fast and down really really slow, takes like two minutes to trim back down. Cant figure out why it goes up so fast but down so slow its full of fluids so I have no idea what is wrong with it. Any suggestions would be helpful, Thank You
