Help....won't shift

Hello, I have a 92 200 Yamaha, just recently dropped lower unit to put in new impeller and housing, went smooth. Put it back in water and now it won't shift into forward or reverse. It shifted fine before I did the repair. Linkage is working fine and arm that linkage is attached to is moving fine as well. Any ideas? Thanks, Scott

i would say you missed the shift linkage when you installed it

drop the case and make sure the two shift shafts align.
