I am in need of pics and measuments to set up a trailer for our 28' Safari. The boat does not come with a trailer and i have purchased one and i have to set up the bunks and bow stop.Any info would be a great help.

You are asking for something that does not exist.

Every trailer/boat combo is somewhat custom. It is up to the owner or the trailer supplier to make the fitment.

I may be able to help. I replied to your private message. as far as the trailer, we have the same boat. I can give you some dimensions. It is a pretty common strake setup on the bottom so a lot of trailer with adjustable bunks would work. you will positivily (I think I spelled that wrong?) need a three axle trailer. but most of all with the length of the boat. loading it properly is important. I have the loading instruction from Carter Mairine Inc. If you don't load it correctly you can pull the bow eye out of the boat and or snap the cable on the winch assymbly (voice of experience on the latter of those two scenario's!). I am working on a different winch setup that may eliminate the problem. my boat is on my trailer so I can't get pictures of it right now. but I could take some of it the next time I drop the boat in the pond (the pacific ocean). still not sure where you are located. I am in southern cal. if you where close enough you could come look at it. anyway any help I can be let me know. Kody

Why would you want bunks on a triple axle trailer with a boat that heavy. You need rollors. Stop by some place that sells Loadrite trailers and look at what they use for your size boat.Take some pictures of them .You'll get the message.

My boat has center rollers, sets of tripples all the way down. but it is a shallow draft hull so bunks work well on it.
