So far alternator, starter, coil, cap, rotor , spark plug wires and ignition sensor in distributor has been Replaced brand new. Everything tests fine. It can idle all day smooth with no issue and can idle after it starts cutting out. All grounds that I and others can see have been checked , cleaned and tested. Only thing I can think of is changing the whole thunderbolt 4 system out and see if that helps. It's crazy cause it starts wit tap of the key. Sounds so gd and smooth. No miss or anything.

Here lately there have been some weird issues which were fixed by replacing the distributor pickup on the TB. If you have the 2 wire sensor and not the 3 wire, might be worth a try
