take a felt tip pen & write the spark plug number & type on the inside of your engine cover...<br /><br />also the plug gap an all the other specs & info that is pertinant to the motor & BOAT... so you don't hafta go lookin' for it when you need it..

Why not just copy the specs of your motor and put it in same plastic bag as you registration, or put it in your tool box with the tool and spare plugs.

Aw heck, just take the laptop with ya when you go out. Better yet, take a Mechanic with ya. Seriously, both good ideas!
