HI just had to ask you all. i have a 350 oldsmobile diesel, is it had to convert it to a boat engine what do i need? and would it cost alot of money to do this? and will it bolt to a volvo 280 outdrive?

no marine manifolds exist for that engine that I'm aware of, so yes...budget $2500 to get custom stainless manifolds made.
budget another $50 for paddles so all your friends can paddle to try to help get a boat on plane with one of those lethargic Olds diesels in there. What did those engines make for power? about 100HP maybe? they were brutal things...
