Hiawatha eska 3.5 air cooled I have owned it for years. A great running dependable motor. i use 50:1 oil mix. Is that correct? Water is getting in the gearbox. Can i buy new seals for it? What year is it? The only number on the id tag is stamped 10313. The painted numbers are unreadable.
I use an Autolite 295 plug. After hours of operation the center electrode is a light brown color.

My info only goes to 72,3.5 first appeared in
69.25:1 ratio in 69/70 was 16:1, ratio in 71 and 72 was 25:1 I dont have any further mix info.
I think the smaller motors may have started using solid state ignition sometime after 72.
My old manual lists Champion J12Y plugs at .o35.
Point gap is .020.
