Hidden and retractable tie offs ?

Hello all,

Sorry for the odd question as it is hard to epxlain. But here it goes.

So I was in my uncles boat this weekend , he has a newer Ranger.

And he had these mechanisms , 2 on each side that I would like to install on my boat , just havign a hard time with what they are called.

basically it was a retractable rope with a ring on the end , you take that rope and wrap it around a dock cleat and then back to the boat and it locks , eliminating the need to carry the extra lines for docking as they are built in, they were flush mount and stainless.

anybody have an idea on where I can buy those or the term for them?

his were only about 4ft of rope and not as bulky , but that gives me a starting point .
