high speed running problem

Help please i have 1986 johnson gt150. it runs all right sometimes wont idle. when i try to open it up sometimes it takes throttle fine and sometime not when it does it will run for a few minutes then run out of fuel. I can use the choke primer or squese bulp it will run fine for a few minutes then the same thing .. had it rebuilt, the carbs cleaned 3 times fuel pumps replaced the vro pump and same problem please help anyone

Does your primer bulb go flat when it quits? If so, there is a valve on the outlet of your fuel tank called an anti siphon valve. Those can stick causing starvation.

Get this fixed, that 150 will destroy itself if starved for fuel/oil.
