High Temperature ALarm Location?

I have a 1991 force l drive 120 hp on a Bayliner Capri. Does anyone know where the high temperature alarm is located?

Usually up under the dash.

What does it look like? I want to see if it is working. Anyways to test it?

Ground the wire coming from the sensor on the block. If working, it should sound off and help you locate it. Mine looks like an ant trap and buzzes.

Depends upon whether or not you have Mercury controls. If you have Mercury controls, then the buzzer is inside the control box above the switch.
