I have an 86 Sea Ray 25FC (Fishing Cuddy). In the center of the floor area there is a large cover that lifts out to expose the fresh water holding tank. Here is the problem - the well around the tank fills with water when it rains, and I can't seem to find anyway to drain it! There doesn't seem to be any bilge pump. The step-down pump works and will pump out some water if it rains, but it's not drawing form this area. Any ideas?
