'Hole' under windshield...how to block?

It's still early in the season here in DC, and temps can get chilly. Everything is kosher with the bimini and window closed...except for that $#*& hole in the walkway. What cheap thing do you guys use to block the wind? I was thinking maybe a piece of carpeted plywood, but I'm sure there's something more clever.

chris,<br /><br />When I owned bowriders, I always had a canvas curtain made to fit the opening. A few snaps, or even velcro, and viola, no more draft.

Thats a good idea. I think the fabric store might be able to help me out making one durable enough...

My previous boat had a converable top and one of the canvas snap-ins for walkway. Some boat models also have a build in bifold door that you can open to block the hole. Not sure if you could retrofit a door or not.
