see photo for reference

I just got this stott craft bass boat and in the transom three are there openings. There are 3 outlet holes and I was wondering which each hole is used for. I have 2 live wells and a bilge pump.

can anyone identify what each of these holes are and which ones to plug and which ones do what ?

thanks.

One should be a bilge drain, one an intake for the live-well pump and one a drain for the wells. At least that would be my best guess.

As for which is which, the one in the center of the boat (#2) is bilge drain and needs to be plugged before launch, #3 is the pickup for the live well pump (you can see the pump inlet coming through with a nut on it) and #1 is most likely the live well drain and shouldn't need to be plugged...

As with ANY boat you are unfamiliar with, back it in and and make SURE you aren't taking on water before leaving the trailer.

I too agree with smoke. However, I would try to get some type screen filter to install on #3 hole so you don't suck in trash to get into the live well pump and hoses. JMHO!
