Holley carb replacement 3.0GL

I have a 1995 Stingray 3.0GL, The original carb per Holley is a model 2300 350cfm. They do not make that anymore and Holley recommended a 300cfm model 0-80320-1. Site says its calibrated for a Ford 5.0 marine engine. Two liter difference. Does anybody have any recommendations on jet size since I can only assume these jets will be way to big. Yes, I am replacing it regardless. Heavly rusted inside from previous owner, j tube broke on it and runs like crap prob from the amount of rust. For my piece of mind I'm dropping the $450 on it for a fresh start.
