Holly carb. rebuild?

Hello to everyone, <br /> My son's boss wants me (an ole' car mechanic) to rebuild the Holly carb. on his boat. Is there anything different I need to do to it since it is on a boat and not a car? Like lower float adjustment?<br /><br />Thanks in advance,<br />Joe (from Monroe, NC)

Hey Joe,<br />I also work on cars and just rebuilt the carbs (3) of them on my boat. I did not notice any thing different tho if you let us know the year make and model number of the motor it would help. As far as the float it shows it to be adjusted to a point but that would be different as yours is a Holly.
