anyone made there own? read about a bicycle. Im guessing I would have to ad a male thread to screw into the fill hole?
I did notice white oil at the seal behind my propeller not sure if thats unburnt 2 stroke oil or if thats were my leak is BTW working on a 1969 55hp evinrude triumph. changed the oil before putting out. ran it for a few hours. still milky white the oil is not thinned out and dosent seem to be taking on alot I drained it and I had a quart same amount I put in. but obviously want to solve this problem

u have a bad seal if u have a white oil at the prop i wouldnt recomend that idea for usuing a bicycle pump they make a special tool for that also if ur oil is milky i wouldnt use the boat motor untill u get that seal fixed there should be too seals and they are hard to change if u dont have the right tool also check the lower unit for cracks as that could be a form for water to intrude and the units are made out of alumimum in most cases
