I see another Charleston native has boat problems. Charleston is bad for restrictive covenants. I live in Goose Creek, on the outskirts of Chas, and in a new development, and boats actually are listed as not being able to be in the street, parking lots, or driveways. I've left mine overnight and no one seems to care, I put it away in the morning (my storage lot closes at 9 PM). Since this is still a new neighborhood, the board is being formed next month, and I plan to get on it, and see if we can swindle the developer into paving a strip for trailers somewhere out of the way. But until then, if you signed the agreement, you're stuck.
