Honda TSB info needed

Would appreciate hearing about where on the web I can find info on Honda service bulletins ...................... I am specifically interested in Honda service bulletin # 26 for the 90 HP engine 4 stroke.............. this relates to failure of the verticle shaft seal resulting in water entering the mount plate cavity where the flywheel is and water eventually entering the starter drive.
