My 2005 Four Winns 190 Horizon horn does not work. Last year the horn was very "sick" sounding. This year it does not work at all. I have checked wire connections at the counsel and the fuse. I am guessing it's the horn itself, but can't find it.
generally look for a speaker looking grill on the outside of the gunwale. that is the location of the horn. however some boats do not have the grill, and simply bury the horn under the gunwale.
