Horsepower Question?

hi guys,
right now i have a 1991 merc 115. i was thinking of moving up to a 1998-2003 175-200 outboard. will there be enough performance difference to spend that extra money.

Depends on what you run it on, but yes, there would be a drastic increase in performance.

If you are exceeding the boats HP rating it could make a very unwelcome change.
