Hose question 59' Johnson 35hp

I know this is a silly question, but, are all the hoses special hoses or can I replace them with stock hoses that match the size?

They are not special fuel lines, especially on a 1959. I try to replace them with marine rated fuel line, but the outside diameter sometimes makes that impossible. Then I go to O'Reillys and get alcohol resistant car fuel lines. The fuel line from the motor to the tank always gets the proper marine fuel line because that needs to be reinforced alcohol and UV resistant line.
